Fiona’s unique brand of compassionate enquiry is highly sought after in her 1-2-1 work for those seeking a new way of understanding themselves within both their personal and bigger narrative.
FIONA’S 40 YEARS OF COMBINING WESTERN PSYCHOLOGY WITH EASTERN MYSTICISM HAS INFORMED HER PERSPECTIVE TO BOTH PERSONAL AND COLLECTIVE HEALING.
Qualified as a Biodynamic Psychotherapist, and having worked in private practice she co-founded one of the first holistic detox programmes in the UK, Stop the World in the early 1990’s. In 2010, Fiona evolved this into her highly acclaimed signature 1-2-1 bespoke retreat, The Arrigo Programme.
Her dedication to compassionate living and heart-based wisdom in action inspired her to create the Women’s Group retreats, which take place in Spain, India and the UK with other locations currently being explored.
All Fiona’s work is informed by the understanding that in order to evolve, we need to embrace the bigger picture and ask the four key questions – who am I, what am I doing, what am I here for, and how can I serve?
With that in mind New Codes for Living was born: a potent online community for the changing times, where women gather for philosophical discussion, ancient wisdom teachings, collaboration and community and to explore radical new ways to live, nurture and envision their lives.

THE ARRIGO PROGRAMME IS A PROFOUND SYSTEM FOR MIND-BODY HEALING
The award-winning Arrigo Programme is the unique mind-body healing method created by Fiona that encapsulates all of our retreats, mentorship and healing programmes. By recalibrating our physical, emotional and spiritual selves, in gentleness, we can step into the fullness of our roles as human beings now on this earth.
THE ARRIGO PROGRAMME SUPPORTS CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS THAT ALIGN WITH OUR VALUES
SIDDHARTHA FOUNDATION IN NEPAL
With an approach perfectly aligned to the philosophies which underpin Fiona’s own work, The Siddhartha Foundation School near Kathmandu brings hope to all those fortunate enough to get a place there to become Buddhist monks. Most are from poor backgrounds or are orphans where basic healthcare and education are not available.
TREE SISTERS
Fiona donates on a monthly basis to Tree Sisters, supporting their vision to empower women in feminine, nature-based leadership to aid humanity’s identity shift from consumer to restorer. Fiona’s contribution supports the planting of 12,000 trees a year - her personal offering towards the restoration of a more feminine ecological balance.
THE AKHILANDA WOMEN’S FOUNDATION
Akhilanda is dedicated to supporting disenfranchised and underserved women. Through its partnership with the Arrigio Programme, the Foundation offers fully funded and tailored healing retreats worldwide, providing a safe and supportive environment that allows marginalised women to embark on a transformative journey of healing and expansion while building a lifelong network of support.
CHOOSE LOVE
Fiona supports Choose Love with monthly donations. Choose Love does whatever it takes to provide refugees and displaced people with everything from lifesaving search and rescue boats to food and legal advice. It elevates the voices and visibility of refugees, galvanising public support for agile community organisations providing vital support to refugees along migration routes globally.
