Jenny acts as the clinical holder on the personal 121 retreats for The Arrigo Programme.

Having practiced Five Elements Acupuncture since 2001, Jenny’s ability to tap into the body’s innate signals to find and correct areas of imbalance is profound. Further to this, Jenny has a number of qualifications in healing modalities under her belt and her approach is holistic and skilled. Jenny has led self-development groups and workshops and is interested in individuals coming back to their authentic self.

Having started her career as a nurse her knowledge spans western medicine with holistic methods.
